Responsibilities of Diocesan Alternates
-Attend quarterly Deanery meetings (on Saturdays, 10am-noon) if necessary
-Report back to the parish community, on a regular basis, what is happening at the Deanery level
-Attend Diocesan Conventions as an observer and backup to the Delegates

Responsibilities of Diocesan Delegates
-Attend quarterly Deanery meetings (on Saturdays, 10am-noon) if necessary
-Attend annual Diocesan Conventions as a voting delegate (one full Saturday in October)
-Report back to the parish community, on a regular basis, what is happening at the Deanery and the Diocesan level

Responsibilities of Vestry Members
-Attend monthly meetings (1st Tuesday of the month, 6:45-8:45pm)
-Attend annual retreat (Friday night and all day Saturday, late May or early June)
-Act as active member and vestry liaison to one or more ministry teams (Vestry liaison will not be chair of ministry team)
-Support stewardship activities

-Be a faithful member, in good standing, of the St. Mark's community
-Be willing and able to fulfill the responsibilities of the position for which she/he is running
